Jennifer Lawrence And Joel Edgerton Are Rumored To Be Dating
Another man is seeking to romance Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence. Her family appears to like her Red Sparrow co-star, Joel Edgerton, just as she does.
According to Woman's Day, Edgerton has met the American Hustle and The Hunger Games franchise actress' family. The Daily Mail elaborated that Lawrence's parents, Karen and Gary, along with her brother, Blaine, were all impressed when they met the Bright actor at Lawrence's favorite New York City restaurant. According to an insider to the Lawrence camp, the dinner was very successful.
"She gushed to friends the next day they all liked Joel as much as she does," a source told the Daily Mail.
The 'Red Sparrow' Experience
Jennifer Lawrence and Joel Edgerton's relationship may have begun when the two of them were shooting Red Sparrow. In an interview with People Magazine, both Edgerton and Lawrence fended off romance rumors as they opened up about their experience filming the spy thriller in Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava, and London.
"We all needed friends! We were all alone in Eastern Europe," said Lawrence to People Magazine.
However, Lawrence was surrounded by many colleagues that she worked with before in previous films. She mentioned that a bulk of the crew members was from several of The Hunger Games movies. During the first weeks of filming, Edgerton revealed that he felt like he was visiting a friend's Thanksgiving dinner. Thankfully, Lawrence added that the crew accepted him.
Revisiting Nicolas Hoult
Edgerton is not the only man that Lawrence has eyes on. Several rumors have been spreading that The Silver Linings Playbook actress has been hoping to rekindle her romance with her ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult. The pair reconnected when Lawrence was in the United Kingdom promoting Red Sparrow.
While Lawrence and Hoult broke up in 2014, the duo continued to work together on several X-Men franchise films such as 2016's X-Men: Apocalypse and the upcoming X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
Headline-Making Moments
In addition to her love life, Lawrence continues to create headlines. Reality TV star Lala Kent clapped back at the Winter's Bone star recently after Lawrence called the Vanderpump Rules star a "c**t." In a now-deleted tweet, Kent threatened that she would knock down the actress if they ever met.
During last Sunday's Oscars ceremony, Lawrence was caught climbing over the Dolby Theatre seats in a metallic Dior dress. At the awards show, she poked fun at her friend, Emma Stone, and also kept a glass of white wine in her hands.
Before the Oscars, Lawrence appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Andy Cohen made one of her wishes come true as she had a Real Housewives dinner party with The Real Housewives of New York stars LuAnn de Lesseps and Bethenny Frankel alongside a cardboard cutout of Scott Disick.
