Beyonce Wants You To Go Vegan With Her As She Gets Ready For Coachella
Beyonce is going Vegan for her highly anticipated headline appearance at Coachella next month. She wants fans to join her!
Beyonce's Fit Life
She took to Instagram to unveil her plan to get ready for her big performance. She uploaded a snapshot of avocado toast and told fans to join her for her Vegan diet as she pointed out Coachella is 44 days away.
She also tagged the meal plan, 22 Days Nutrition.
Fans are ready for this performance as she was originally slated to headline Coachella last year. She had to postpone her performance as she announced she was pregnant just weeks before. She amped up fans, even more, when she followed up her post with snapshots of a look into her Coachella rehearsals. In one photo she rocked none other than an Ivy Park outfit as she showed off her belly that’s not only flat but packed with abs.
She's A Vegan Pro
The Beyhive and anyone who follows Beyonce’s life knows this isn’t the first time she has gone Vegan. The singer and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, made headlines after they announced their Vegan diet back in 2013. They adopted the healthy regimen for 22 days.
Marco Borges, who is Beyonce’s trainer and founder of the 22-Day Revolution meal plan option revealed that Beyonce and Jay-Z were big fans of the lifestyle change.
“They loved it,” said Borges in 2015. “They walked away with a greater understanding of the powerful benefits of plant-based nutrition. They were getting people saying, ‘Your skin has this glow.’ And who doesn’t like being told they look awesome?”
Going Vegan For 'On The Run 2'?
Interestingly enough, Coachella might not only show Beyonce is gearing up for this month. Rumor has it she and Jay-Z are heading out for a second collaborative tour this year. Speculation sparked earlier this week when an On the Run 2 concert in Philadelphia popped up on Ticketmaster’s Facebook page. The concert is set for July 30 in the city’s Lincoln Financial Field.
The post was deleted just moments after it sparked a slew of comments and reactions on social media. The couple has neither confirmed or denied if they are indeed going on tour.
Their first joint tour brought in a fortune in 2014. It will certainly be interesting to see them in concert together after they both opened up about their marital woes in their solo albums since then; Beyonce in 2015 and Jay-Z in 2017.
