Amanda Bynes Twitter News: 'She Was Talking to Herself,' Says Eyewitness [PHOTOS]
Despite her legal troubles, Amanda Bynes has returned to New York and is causing quite a stir.
The Easy A actress was spotted walking outside The Port Authority Bus Terminal before heading to her favorite clothing store in New York City.
"She was carrying around her little puppy and wearing a terrible wig," an eyewitness told EnStars.
The source noted the Nickelodeon star may have went unnoticed had she not been talking to herself.
"It was odd; she was carrying on a conversation with herself," the source said. "Maybe she was hoping her dog was listening."
Photos emerged online of the actress wearing a patriotic American flag tank, with a pair of light leggings, blue sandals and a black leather jacket and cap, while cradling her adorable furry friend in her arms.
"OH MY GOD! THAT'S NOT ME! They morphed my face onto someone with a different face shape! I'm suing any site/magazine that shares that image!" Bynes wrote on Twitter about the photos.
On Friday, the former child star was also spotted by numerous fans shopping in New York City's Times Square, stopping at Forever 21 and MAC Cosmetics.
"At MAC Cosmetics she purchased a few things," a source told E! News. "As soon as she saw people noticed her, she paid and then ran out and pushed anyone who was in her way."
In a Vine video posted by an eyewitness, Amanda was walking with numerous shopping bags while holding a tiny puppy.
The troubled actress has been the focus of tremendous scrutiny in recent months for her bizarre public behavior: legal troubles involving the New York City Police Department and negative Twitter remarks about numerous celebrities, including Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Rihanna and Jay-Z.
Bynes' erratic behavior has raised questions about her mental health after she was arrested on a drug charge on May 23 when police accused Bynes of throwing a bong out the window of her Manhattan high-rise apartment. She has denied the allegations.
