‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Kailyn Lowry Refuses To Take Back Ex-Husband Javi Marroquin
Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is back! This time, she is using her platform to throw her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, under the bus.
No Hope For Reconciliation
Lowry has made a personal vow not to reunite with her ex-husband any time in the future. On Saturday, March 10, the Teen Mom 2 star took to Twitter to tell her fans that they should not pay attention to the gossip rags.
"Javi and I are not getting back together so whatever you're reading is all b-," tweeted Lowry in a conversation that was captured by US Weekly.
Many fans were shocked to read the message and tried to convince Lowry to give Marroquin another chance at a relationship. However, the conversation turned into a massive debate as Lowry revealed that Marroquin was absent during crucial times in their relationship. She also talked about how hurt she was when Marroquin fell in love with one of her Teen Mom 2 co-stars.
The Briana Factor
The co-star that Lowry referred to in her Twitter rants is Briana DeJesus. Apparently, DeJesus was the person who fell in love with Marroquin. According to InTouch Magazine, DeJesus and Marroquin dated for three months starting in October 2017.
However, like Lowry, DeJesus had the same tumultuous relationship with Marroquin. DeJesus and Marroquin began having differences when it came to a price of a dog that they were going to buy. That disagreement evolved into a fight regarding DeJesus's ex-boyfriends' involvement in her life, and she shut down the relationship.
An Apology To Kailyn
Before their breakup, Marroquin traveled down to Florida with DeJesus to support her during her plastic surgery in February. However, during the trip down to the Sunshine State, he had a revelation about how to be a better father to his 4-year-old son, Lincoln, and even did the unthinkable and made a public apology on Twitter to Lowry.
"At the end of the day a good relationship with my son's mother will make Lincoln the happiest. I lost sight of that. This trip made me realize that, and I've apologized to Kali [Lowry] for my actions," tweeted Marroquin.
The Twitter apology happened months after Marroquin and Lowry's roller-coaster relationship deteriorated near the end of 2017. The consequence of that relationship also derailed a chance for fans to learn more about their relationship in a tell-all book.
Cease And Desist
In addition to her troubles with Marroquin, Lowry received a cease and desist letter from Teen Mom cast member Jenelle Evans at the end of November 2017. While Lowry claimed that she had no communication with Evans, she did slam MTV once it aired a clip that showed Evans ignoring her 3-year-old son Kaiser when her child asked for food.
