Kim Kardashian Reveals That 4 Kids Are Her Limit, Plus Why She 'Hated' Being Pregnant
The beautiful and talented Kim Kardashian seems to have it all. The reality star and beauty mogul recently welcomed her third child, Chicago West, and her makeup line is blooming.
While Kardashian comes from a rather large extended family, the businesswoman reveals that she doesn't plan to expand her family any further than she can handle.
In a new interview with Elle Magazine, the Keeping Up with The Kardashians star opens up about life as a new mom again and why the pregnancy wasn't as fun for her as she expected.
Kim K Gets Real
The 37-year-old shared that even though she has multiple siblings, she doesn't think she can handle more than four kids. The reality star claims that she like her home life organized and clean and can't handle too much chaos since her career takes up a lot of her time.
"My home and my heart feel really full right now, in the best way. I don't think I could handle more than [four]," Kardashian stated.
Another reason why Kardashian isn't so apt to have more children is due to the painful experience she endured giving birth to her elder children, North and Saint. Kardashian had a rare but very deadly condition, placenta accreta, where the placenta attaches abnormally to the muscular layer of the uterine wall.
"To get it out-it's so disgusting-the doctor had to stick his whole arm in me and scrape it off. It was the most painful...To this day, if you mention it to [Kris Jenner], she'll cry. It was traumatic," the reality star commented.
Kardashian stated that she was advised by the doctors to try surrogacy if she wants to have more children. The reality star elaborated that she and her husband were able to choose the embryo they wanted as well as the surrogate but also gave her a few guidelines. The surrogate had to deliver their child in the same hospital North and Saint were born in and also she had to see Kardashian's doctor.
Kardashian was recently spotted celebrating with her sister, Khloe Kardashian, at the latter's pink-themed baby shower. Khloe is also expecting a girl due in April.
