Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton's Relationship Is Healthy And Happy
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are not currently engaged, nor they are planning to start a family with one another. So, what gives?
While many of the couple's fans and followers have been hoping for an engagement or baby news, a new report claims the couple is perfectly content and happy with their relationship as it stands and doesn't want to rush into their next step.
“It seems for them both that things have settled in their relationship where it’s going to continue to flourish as long as they continue down the same path they have been going down all along. They didn’t rush into anything at all at any time and it’s provided them with a relationship that they trust and love each other so much,” a source close to the couple told Hollywood Life on March 14.
Stefani and Shelton sparked a romantic relationship with one another in late 2015 as they filmed The Voice season 9 in Los Angeles. The couple previously filmed the show's seventh season together. However, they didn't take their professional relationship to a personal level until after they had both confirmed their plans to divorce their former partners, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert.
Since then, the couple has appeared on The Voice season 10 during a debut of their duet "Go Ahead and Break My Heart," and season 12 when Stefani returned as one of the show's four coaches. They've also been seen supporting one another during shows around the country as they continue to enjoy time as a family.
As fans have seen in recent months, Stefani and Shelton often travel with her three kids and the boys seem to enjoy spending time outdoors at Shelton's home in Oklahoma.
Continuing on to Hollywood Life, the insider said that once Stefani and Shelton do get engaged or married, their relationship with one another won't change, nor will any title define the love they share. As the insider explained, things between the couple are going great and they aren't going to do anything they don't want to do. Instead, they are planning to continue on with their relationship and enjoy having a healthy and happy romance with one another.
