Fans of the DC Comics Universe continue to scour the web for the latest information on the potential future mega-hit, Justice League, which would bring several superheroes together onto the big screen.

On Wednesday, Man of Steel's Henry Cavill had been spotted at LAX airport in Los Angeles where he was almost instantaneously surrounded by fans.

He addressed the JL chatter by stating that he doesn't think the blockbuster will be taking place anytime in the near future.

"I think it would be great to do, but I don't think it's around the corner," he told ABC News.

The 30-year-old star went on to elaborate that there are a slew of roadblocks that have to be dealt with prior to the project receiving the official green light.

The highly anticipated movie would also feature the likes of Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern, amongst others.

According to the Daily Mail, Man of Steel had accrued in excess of $400 million in the theaters worldwide since its initial release. Justice League would undoubtedly be expected to pull similar numbers.
