Caitlyn Jenner faced rumors earlier this month that suggested she was crushing on the widow of the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, model Crystal Harris.
According to a new interview, the rumor was started by The Globe and peddled online by New Idea, but when it comes to the truth of the situation, Jenner reportedly does not have any real feelings for Harris.
“Cait thinks Crystal is an absolute doll and would date her in a heartbeat,” an insider claimed, according to a report by Gossip Cop on March 18, adding that Jenner was once friends with Hefner.
“Caitlyn met Crystal at the Playboy mansion when she was still Bruce Jenner and was drawn to her beauty,” the source continued.
Is Caitlyn Jenner A Copycat Of Crystal Harris?
The insider even said Jenner was hoping to look exactly like the widow and wanted to know everything about her. While it is unclear if Jenner and Harris have had any contact in recent months, the supposed source continued to suggest that Jenner was obsessing over her and doing whatever she could to copy her every move.
That said, despite the outlet's claims of Jenner reportedly reaching out to Harris in an effort to set up a date to have drinks and a meal, a rep for Jenner claims the report is “not true.”
What Has Crystal Harris Been Doing With Her Time Since Hugh Hefner's Passing?
After the passing of Hefner last year, Harris kept an extremely low profile and wasn't spotted in public for some time. Then after having some private time to cope with the loss of her husband, Harris began traveling and has been sharing a ton of images of her many vacations on her Instagram and Twitter pages.
Most recently, Harris enjoyed time on the beaches of Saint Kitts and Nevis, which is located in the West Indies.
As for Harris's dating life after Hefner, she doesn't appear to be seeing anyone at the moment.
