In midst of divorce proceedings, Jason Hoppy tried to stop Bethenny Frankel from filming scenes for her talk show in their Manhattan apartment.

The reality star was filming scenes for Bethenny in their shared $5 million New York City condo recently when he tried to shut down production, according to Radar Online. The former couple willingly filmed scenes for their Bravo series Bethenny Ever After when they were together, but this time Hoppy did not agree to filming taking place in the condo partly his.

"Jason tried to stop the taping. He freaked out and snapped at everyone," an eyewitness reportedly told Us Weekly about the filming with about two dozen crew members. "Bethenny had to move the shoot to her bedroom."

Both still live in the 3,400-square-foot Tribeca condo they moved into as a family, with neither side planning on moving out anytime soon.

In addition to filming in his home, Hoppy has forbidden his daughter Bryn Hoppy to be on camera for Franklin's new show, which is slated to premiere in September. An unnamed source said he does not want Frankel to have Bryn in the audience or do pre-taped segments for the show. "He just doesn't feel that their daughter should be on display on Bethenny's talk show."

The source added that Frankel went "ballistic" when her lawyser told her Hoppy's demands.

"If she is doing a segment about kids' birthday parties, or cooking, she would like the option of having Bryn being a part of it," the source added. "Bethenny would never exploit their child, it's just not who she is as a mother. Her entire world is devoted to Bryn, and she comes first."

Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013. They married in 2010 while Frankel was pregnant with Bryn. Their wedding, and planning leading up to it, was aired on the Bravo spin-off series Bethenny Getting Married.
