While it may be rare for the paparazzi to catch Johnny Depp and Amber Heard together, the two were seen holding hands in Moscow, Russia on Thursday night.
The 50-year-old actor is currently overseas promoting his latest movie The Lone Ranger. In the film Depp plays a Native American warrior named Tonto who recalls the untold stories that transformed the lead character John Reid into a legend. John Reid is played by Armie Hammer.
Heard didn't walk the red carpet premiere of the film with Depp in Russia but instead, the two met up for a romantic dinner afterwards. The 27-year-old looked stunning in a satin burgundy dress, while Depp wore the same suit from the premiere.
The actor was recently in California on June 22 promoting The Lone Ranger at the Disney California Adventure in Anaheim. Depp's film hits U.S. theaters on July 3. Heard's next movie, Three Days To Kill, will open on Feb. 14, 2014.
The last time the pair was publicly seen together was on May 22 when they had dinner in Los Angeles with Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards.
Heard and Depp, who met while on set of 2010's The Rum Diary, have been a rumored couple since the actor's split from his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Paradis in 2012. He was with the French star for 14 years and they have two children together.
Depp recently spoke about his split with Paradis to Rolling Stone.
"Especially in the racket that I'm in, because you're constantly away or they're away, and so it's hard. It wasn't easy on her. It wasn't easy on me. It wasn't easy on the kids," he told the magazine, in a report published on June 18. "So for whatever reason that ceases, it doesn't stop the fact that you care for that person, and they're the mother of your kids, and you'll always know each other, and you're always gonna be in each other's lives because of those kids. You might as well make the best of it."
