Kylie Jenner Receives Backlash For Wearing A Waist Trainer 1 Month After Giving Birth To Stormi
Now that Kylie Jenner is a mom, it seems like her fans have become a little more sensitive, especially when she recently shared a photo of herself wearing a waist trainer.
Kylie Gets Slammed For Wearing A Waist Trainer
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was actually promoting the slimming accessory as she focuses on getting her post-baby body back. The first-time mom gave birth to Stormi Webster, her daughter with boyfriend Travis Scott, on Feb. 1.
"My girl @premadonna87 hooked me up with the @waistgangsociety snap back package. #ad waistgang has the BEST quality snap back products. make sure you get your package," the cosmetics mogul captioned the shot.
Although Jenner's fans were happy to see that she is happy, healthy, and back to her normal ways, they weren't exactly feeling the fact that she decided to sport the corset just a little over a month after giving birth.
The reality star may have received negative comments again from her fans, but it turns out they are just looking out for her well-being.
Us Weekly spoke exclusively with her OBGYN, Dr. Cynthia Robbins, who stated that new moms should avoid wearing waist trainers for several reasons.
"This is worn higher, does not stabilize the pelvis and I feel puts harmful compression to the abdomen," Robbins said.
Robbins further stated that the results are temporary. Therefore, in reality it would be safer to wear Spanx or other undergarments that can't affect the body.
Kylie Gets Bashed For Her Push Present
Earlier this March, the Life of Kylie star was slammed for the push present she received from Scott. Jenner posted a photo of the lavish whip on Instagram and fans immediately flooded the comments claiming that the vehicle isn't safe to take Stormi out in.
As previously reported, Scott gifted Jenner a Ferrari after giving birth to Stormi. Despite Jenner's fans' feelings about the luxurious ride, sources close to the lip kit maven claimed that she has roomy SUVs, such as a Range Rover that would be able to transport Stormi just fine.
