Meghan King Edmonds Reveals New Baby Bump Photo After Quitting 'RHOC'
Meghan King Edmonds keeps her fans in the loop with her pregnancy after quitting her role on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
As she and husband Jim Edmonds prepare to move from their Southern California home to a new home in St. Louis, Missouri, Edmonds is sharing regular images of her growing baby bump with her fans and followers on Instagram. Most recently, the former reality star posted side-by-side photos of her current pregnancy and her past pregnancy with her first child, daughter Aspen, now 1.
"Same place, different belly," she wrote on Instagram, according to a post by The Daily Dish on March 23. "On the left I’m #26WeeksPregnantWithTwins and 3 months behind the right photo! On the right I’m two days away from giving birth to Aspen!"
Meghan Quit 'RHOC' After Her Third Season With Bravo
Edmonds was cast on The Real Housewives of Orange County during the show's 10th season after the exit of Lizzie Rovsek and continued to appear on the show in a full-time role through Season 12. However, as fans of the show saw throughout the past two seasons, her focus has been shifting from reality television to her family.
"Jimmy and I have decided to dig our roots into the Midwest as we begin to build our dream home for our rapidly expanding family,” Edmonds announced on her blog, according to a People magazine report in January.
Edmonds married her husband Jim in 2014 and welcomed her first child with the former baseball player two years later. Then, in 2017, she began the process of in-vitro fertilization for a second time and ultimately conceived twin boys at the end of the year.
Meghan Will Miss 'RHOC' And Her Former Co-Stars
In her blog post, Edmonds said that while she will admit being a reality star and spending time with the friends she's made, including co-stars Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge, she knows that walking away from the show is what she must do for the health of her family.
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 is currently in production and will return to Bravo later this year. A premiere date for the next installment has not yet been set and the name of Edmonds' sreplacement has not yet been confirmed.
