'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 8, Episode 5 Spoiler VIDEO: Rob Kardashian Gets Arrested? (WATCH
The Kardashian-Jenner clan is packing as much family drama as they can for the upcoming episode 5 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In the clip, released by E!, Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner says, "We all have those times in our life when things don't go the way that we want them to go."
The video quickly cuts to Jenner telling Khloe Kardashian that someone is "pressing charges" and "the DA has decided to arrest" her brother Rob Kardashian.
Rob is then heard telling his mother on loud speaker over the phone, "I didn't even touch her."
TMZ reported on May 7 that Rob was arrested and charged with assault and battery after he had a scuffle with a female paparazzi photographer in March.
The photographer, Andra Viak, filed a robbery report with police after she alleged that Rob took part of her camera and damaged it as she took pictures of him at a West Hollywood gym while he was shirtless. She also filed a lawsuit for robbery and assault.
TMZ later reported on May 29 that Kardashian settled with Viak--he agreed to pay for the value of her camera equipment, and the charges were later dropped in a hearing on June 7.
In another scene in the preview for the fifth episode of KUWTK, Bruce Jenner tells Scott Disick, who is wearing a racing uniform, "I think you should give up on the racing thing."
Fans of the Kardashian family might recall in the premiere episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami that aired in January, Disick professed his love for race car driving even though his girlfriend/mother of his two children Kourtney Kardashian was against it.
During the episode, she becomes upset afters she receives a phone call that he became injured during a secret race car competition.
The fifth episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 8 airs on Sunday, June 30 at 8 p.m. EST/7 Central.
