‘Twisted Sisters’: Khloe Kardashian To Produce True-Crime TV Series About Murderous Sisters
Khloe Kardashian has set her sights on TV again. Rather than taking on a new reality show, she's getting into producing.
Insider Info
The mother-to-be, who's due any day now, is producing a true-crime TV series about murderous sisters. She's set to executive produce a new TV series for Investigation Discovery, which will premiere in 2019. There's no word yet on why Kardashian chose this particular project to get involved in, but given how bored she has been in the past few weeks, it might just be something to keep her occupied.
"I am so excited to be bringing you Twisted Sisters. As a self-proclaimed 'true-crime addict' there is no better way to tell these tales about the bonds that sisters possess and how they can go so terribly wrong," Khloé said.
Twisted Sisters will be a six-part series which will feature the stories of sisters who kill each other or team up to kill others. Kardashian is poised to oversee the stories.
As for the title, which may or may not be a reference to the Dee Snider-fronted glam rock band Twisted Sister, Kardashian consulted with Investigation Discovery's Henry Schleiff on the best choice.
For his part, Schleiff is delighted to have the reality star and denim designer on board.
"We are thrilled to be working with Khloé on this new venture ... [She is] one of the most renowned experts on sisters ... we know she will be able to bring a unique perspective," he said of the partnership.

Kardashian is ready to pop any day now and has been keeping fans up to date with what she has been up to in Cleveland.
The mother-to-be is nesting in, partner and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson's home. She's due to give birth at a local hospital, with mother Kris Jenner flying in for the occasion.
Kardashian revealed yesterday that she's going a bit stir crazy waiting for her daughter to arrive. She was hanging around the kitchen on a birthing ball playing with Snapchat filters but otherwise has been binge-watching TV shows including Billions and The Real Housewives of New York City.
Last February, her little sister Kylie Jenner gave birth to daughter Stormi, bringing the total number of Kardashian-Jenner grandchildren to eight. After Kardashian delivers her baby girl, the only member of the family without a child will be Kendall Jenner.
