Angelina Jolie on Leg Pose: I Didn't Pay Attention to It
Angelina Jolie told a newspaper that she didn't pay attention to the Internet frenzy caused by her leg pose at the Oscars back in February.
Jolie made headlines the night of the Oscars after flashing her right leg -- thigh high -- through the long opening of her black velvet gown in a provocative pose.
The exposed gam got its own Twitter feed under the name AngiesRightLeg and inspired the term "Jolieing."
"I honestly didn't pay attention to it. You know what I mean? I don't watch those TV shows and if I go online and see something about myself, I don't click on it," Jolie told the Huffington Post.
"And the people I surround myself with don't really talk about that kind of stuff. [Laughs]. I heard something, but I didn't pay any attention. It's as simple as being a woman picking a dress you like and having a night, and not really thinking about anything else," she added, according to the site.
The pose also sparked a "Legbombing" trend on Twitter and plenty of blog posts with pictures and photo montages.
