Prince William To Be Prince Harry's Best Man At Wedding To Meghan Markle
Prince William adds one extra duty to his growing list of responsibilities. He will be standing by Prince Harry as the best man when his younger brother weds Meghan Markle next month.
Best Man Duties
On Thursday, April 26, Kensington Palace announced that Prince Harry asked his older brother, the Duke of Cambridge, to be his best man. Prince Harry previously served as his older brother's best man for his wedding to then bride-to-be, Catherine Middleton, back in 2011.
To commemorate the announcement, the Kensington Palace's Twitter account released several photos of the brothers. The photos show the two princes playing with lightsabers and at Prince William's 2011 royal wedding.
In addition, the palace also posted a special Throwback Thursday picture of the two as young children wearing police hats.

Countless admirers of the royal family posted well-wishes and congratulations on the palace's Twitter account. Some users thought that it's quite obvious that Prince William is going to be Prince Harry's ultimate choice while others praised the decision for showing brotherly love.

A Wedding Preview
The highly anticipated royal wedding of Prince Harry to his actress fiancee Meghan Markle will happen on May 19. The ceremony will take place at St. George's Chapel in Windsor, England.
There is a total of 600 guests who are invited to attend the wedding ceremony. Also, the couple invited over 1,000 members of the British public to be a part of the celebratory event by welcoming them to the Windsor Castle.
Moreover, 200 additional guests have also been invited to join the newlyweds at an exceptional evening reception. Some celebrity guests who are expected to attend the event include actress Priyanka Chopra, the Spice Girls, and more.
The couple decided that there will be no political figures at their wedding and declined to invite British Prime Minister Teresa May, President Trump, former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
Meghan Markle's New Chapter
To prepare for her new life as a resident of the United Kingdom, Markle traveled to Chicago to finalize her application for a UK visa.
Royal insiders reported that the former Suits star bonded with her future sister-in-law as she adjusts to royal family protocol, which includes not having an access to social media.
