'Justice League' Rumors: 'Dark Knight Rises' Christian Bale Denies Association With Mega-Movie? [VIDEO]
Chatter over the highly anticipated movie adaptation of DC Comics' Justice League continues to circumnavigate the web at an astounding rate.
However, the latest bit of info will surely have many fans of The Dark Knight Rises severally disappointed, as Christian Bale reportedly stated that he won't be reprising his high profile role of Batman in the future blockbuster comic flick.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the 39-year-old was rather rapid to shoot down nearly every glimmer of hope that DC loyalists had of him once again donning the Batman suit.
"I have no information, no knowledge about anything. I've literally not had a conversation with a living soul. I understand that they may be making a Justice League movie, that's it," he said.
Bale also gave a similar response at the possibility of doing another Christopher Nolan helmed Dark Knight.
"We were incredibly fortunate to get to make three. That's enough. Lets not get greedy," he added.
Although the British actor's latest comments will clearly serve to damper comic enthusiasts' moods, nothing appears to be set in stone. Only time will truly tell if Bale is 100 percent against doing the potential blockbuster.
