Some of The Voice coaches are getting a little tired of Blake Shelton's winning streak.

The country music performer has led his team members to victory for three out of the show's four seasons. Most recently Shelton coached 16-year-old Danielle Bradbury to her win in season 4 over the Swon Brothers and Michelle Chamuel.

Although Usher may not be appearing on the show again until season 6, he is really hoping that perhaps Shelton's rival Adam Levine or the newly returning Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will be able to knock the country singer off his pedistal this fall.

"That lucky devil," Usher said on the Today show Wednesday morning. "He's kind of living on a high cloud right now. Somebody's got to tear him down. If not Adam, Shakira."

However, just because Usher would like to finally see the trophy in someone else's hands doesn't mean he harbors anything but respect for his coworker.

"He's a great coach, and he's really taught me a lot," Usher said, according to Today. "I knew nothing about the show in detail. Of course, I'd seen it as a viewer, but the time and investment in building these artists and helping them interpret themselves, and also kind of giving lessons to America about what it takes to be an artist is why I really wanted to do it."

In his break from the show, Usher picked up an interesting new gig. He will be serving as the curator for the "Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular" staring at 8 p.m. on NBC this Thursday.
