Khloe Kardashian Reveals Losing 33 Pounds 3 Months After Giving Birth
Khloe Kardashian gives fans a look at her impressive post-pregnancy weight loss. The new mother steps out with partner Tristan Thompson in a tight-fitting outfit.

The new parents stepped out for a lunch date Monday, shortly after the 34-year-old reality star and denim designer confirmed she had dropped a massive 33 pounds since giving birth to Baby True in April.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star sported a tight black T-shirt and matching spandex shorts, with a white hoodie tied around her waist, for the occasion. The couple enjoyed lunch at JOEY in the stylish Woodland Hills neighborhood of L.A.
Earlier that same day, the Good American founder took to her app to share a message about her impressive post-pregnancy weight loss.
"After I had True, I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight. I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week," she began.
Kardashian went on to explain that she didn't give herself a number of pounds to lose in a certain amount of time, but advised she's thrilled with her progress thus far.
"Here is where I am at currently. True turned 3 months old on July 12. ... Since then, I've lost 33 pounds! I'm shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly," she admitted.
Kardashian credits a combination of breastfeeding and staying active throughout her pregnancy, and once she was safe to work out again afterward, she shed the excess weight.
Well-Balanced Lifestyle
The reality star also noted, as she has done many times before, that the gym is her sanctuary and she sees staying healthy and active as imperative to her general well-being. Kardashian is also careful not to compare herself to other women since everybody's fitness journey is personal.
The KUTWK star has been open about the difficulty of getting back into shape following the birth of her daughter. She admitted it was tough to get back into the swing of things at first.
"The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you're pushing your body so hard, you're so tired, and you're trying to get back into your rhythm," she admitted in a Snapchat video back in May.
Aside from her regular workouts, Kardashian is currently following a high-protein, low-carb diet as recommended by her nutritionist.
The new mom gave birth under difficult circumstances, with accusations concerning Thompson's infidelity dropping online just two days before she had True.
Since then, the couple has been working nonstop to solidify their relationship. Family friend Lisa Stanley confirmed earlier this week that they're working through their issues in therapy.
