'X Factor' Judge Demi Lovato & Ariana Grande New Song Details [VIDEO]
Demi Lovato is planning on doing a collaboration with another young singer: Ariana Grande.
"We've already talked about it," Lovato told Idolator in a recent interview about her song with Grande. "I love her so much. She's so sweet and so talented. I'm excited. I'm definitely going to collaborate with her at some point."
Still, she didn't give off any more details regarding the tune. She joked, "I'm obviously not going to tell anybody."
The 20-year-old also revealed that she'd also love to work with Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift. She said she talks to the latter "all the time."
In the interview, Lovato also spoke about her father's recent passing and her commitment to her work.
"It's hard when you're going through something but you never want to disappoint people," she said. "But at the same time I took a few days off."
These work commitments include the current X Factor judge's latest video for Made in the USA. The cinematic video is also the first she ever co-directed. It features Aimee Teegarden from the TV show Friday Night Lights and Dustin Milligan from the CW's 90210. The two play a couple who fall in love with each other.
The video premiered on June 28, right in time for the Fourth of July. Watch the video here.
"I know it sounds really cheesy, but I'm proud to be an American, and I'm really proud of my country and how far we've come," she explained on Good Morning America during her appearance the same day as the video's release.
The song appears on her fourth album Demi which she released in May. The album went to No. 3 on Billboard.
The album is her most personal to date and features the ballad Warrior.
"All the pain and the truth I wear like a battle wound. So ashamed, so confused, I was broken and bruised," she sings on the tune.
