It's time to celebrate the Fourth of July and Enstars compiled a list of eight songs you should have on your playlist this Independence day.

First we take it to the '60s with Simon and Garfunkel's 1968 tune America. "Counting the cars on the New Jersey Turnpike, they've all gone to look for America," the duo sings.

Bruce Springsteen's Born in the U.S.A. is another oldie-but-goodie tune to listen to. The track, which was released in 1984, appears on Springsteen's seventh studio album of the same name.

Lenny Kravitz's version of American Woman screams 4th of July, with its red, white and blue-themed video. The rocker released his version in 1999 but the original was performed by the Canadian band The Guess Who. The original song went to No. 1 on Billboard when it was released in 1970.

Of course we've included a few contemporary odes to the nation.

All-American Girl by Carrie Underwood is a modern-day country tribute. The track was released in 2007 and it appears on her second studio album Carnival Ride. "And his heart belongs to that sweet, little, beautiful, wonderful, perfect all-American girl," she sings.

Estelle's American Boy, featuring Kanye West, pays tribute to the men of the country. The track was released in 2008 and received a Grammy nomination for Song of the Year. Estelle expresses her fondness for blue-blooded American men on the record, singing, "Take me to New York, I'd love to see L.A. I really want to come kick it with you. You'll be my American boy."

The playlist wouldn't be complete without rocking to Party in the U.S.A. by Miley Cyrus. The 20-year-old released the song in 2009 and it peaked at No. 2 on Billboard.

Drake's song Fireworks, featuring Alicia Keys, is another celebratory must-have. It was released in 2010 and appears on his debut album Thank Me Later. "All I see is fireworks, every night is fireworks," Keys sings on the track.

Finally, Demi Lovato's recently released single Made in the U.S.A. is the perfect song to dance to this July 4. "No matter what the people say, I know that we'll never break, because our love was made in the U.S.A.," she sings.
