True Blood's Joe Manganiello recently plunked down $1.8 million for a home in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills.
The Magic Mike stripper purchased the home from sellers represented by Steven Aaron of Selling L.A. The mid-century home had recently seen a large number of improvements by it's previous owners.
"They spent over $300,000 doing a lot of detail work and added a lot of additional architectural elements to the house that made it more contemporary and more up-to-date," Aaron told omg!.
The 1963 four-bedroom, three-bath abode boasts 2,400 square feet with stone accents and wide windows, according to the Daily Mail. Outback the private backyard is complete with a fire-pit, hot tub, and pool. Just on its own, the kitchen holds an impressive set up with a Viking oven, Subzero refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher, according to omg!. "It's off Nichols Canyon. That whole area is just really, really lovely. It's very natural and it's green and private," Aaron said, according to omg!. "In general, there's a lot of privacy when you live up in the Canyon area."
Privacy is a good selling point for the HBO star. According to the Daily Mail, other famous faces that currently reside in the discrete neighborhood Tim Allen and Chris Pratt.
