Kim Kardashian Makes Kris Jenner Cry On Her Birthday
Kim Kardashian-West literally took the whole Kardashian family back in time for her mom's birthday.
Kim prepared a series of surprises to make Kris Jenner's birthday extra special. The Kardashian-Jenner clan thought that they would only be keeping the intimate birthday lunch for Kris as simple as possible. However, Kim's surprise was not only for her mother -- but for the whole clan as well!
The surprise party for the matriarch started when Kim arranged a lunch for the family and Kris' closest friends. She led them all to the fake lunch location, and upon their arrival, Kim finally handed out the real invitation which caught everyone offguard.
Once everyone saw the address for where would be going tears filled the room. Apparently, the 39-year-old aspiring lawyer rented out their childhood home.
"I rent our childhood home. All of our memories live here, especially with our dad. It is where each Kardashian child was born and made us who we are," Kim said.
The Kardashian sister's father, Robert Kardashian Sr., died at the age of 59 due to Esophageal cancer in 2003.
They rode every car their parents owned in the past and used it to go back to their old home. Kim led the whole reenactment and even printed out the same license plates for all the cars.
The culprit of the surprise maximized the whole time travel experience, as she brought back even the table settings, decorations, and the same wallpaper from years ago. It just proved how much attention and dedication she put in to achieve every little detail.
They had the planned intimate lunch at their childhood home and pretended as if nothing changed. The whole set-up brought back memories and pushed the tears out of everyone's eyes. Kim referred to her surprise as something "nostalgic," admitting that she felt her father's presence joining them afterwards.
"I kept it together and didn't cry the entire lunch even though I cried during the entire planning process. But in the end, I went into my old bathroom, closed the door and cried so hard," Kim added.

Later that day, the birthday celebrant commented on her daughter's Instagram post and called her an angel to the clan.
"I can't express what this meant to me and I will now have this beautiful day to add to a lifetime of the most fabulous memories. I couldn't bear for it [to] end," Kris said.
Mission accomplished, Kim!
