Meghan Markle Never Felt 'At Home' In Royal Palace -- PROOF HERE
They say "Home is where your heart is," and Meghan Markle's heart surely is not in the royal palace.
The Duchess of Sussex definitely found it hard to suddenly adjust in a new environment, most especially since she was born in the United States and eventually moved to Britain after marrying Prince Harry.
What Meghan encountered over the past years made it even more difficult for her to leave her heart in the palace, as it is a place she never felt fully shielded at all.
Markle became the target of British tabloids after marrying into the royal family. Recently, she even filed new legal documents that immensely detailed the libelous acts of U.K.-based publications.
The issues Prince Harry and Markle both encountered in the past year pushed them to take a six-week break from their royal duties and away from the palace.
Moreover, the fact that the Duchess chose to spend thanksgiving with her mom proved that the Duchess of Sussex felt homesick.
She Wants to Cook for Her Family Instead!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex always wanted to have a low-key Thanksgiving celebration, and they would not need any royal staff if they push it through.
Since the ever-down-to-Earth opt to cook for themselves during special occasions, Markle is likely to be the one to cook for Thanksgiving Day.
Even before she became a duchess, she shared on a since-deleted Instagram post about her ways to cook a great turkey alongside the caption, "Oh, that time I roasted a pretty perfect Thanksgiving turkey! The question is, can I do it again? The pressure is on!"
Royal reporter Katie Nicholl spoke to OK! Magazine and revealed that the Duchess of Sussex loves staying in the kitchen. She added that Markle always feels delighted whenever she brings together her loved ones for a family meal.
"There won't be any staff helping her - she'll definitely be wearing the apron," she went on.
Prince Harry, Meghan Plan to Leave for Real?
Rumors surfaced that Markle and Prince Harry were eyeing for a second base in the United States after completing their home renovation in Windsor.
According to TV Producer Nick Bullen in the new documentary "Meghan for President?," Markle gives importance to her American heritage that she wants her son Archie to know his ancestries.
Since the two also see Africa as an important place to both of them, Bullen thought that the Duke and the Duchess will be establishing three bases including the one in Windsor, California and Africa.
Before these guesses by Bullen, Prince Harry stated in the new ITV documentary "Harry & Meghan: An African Journey" their plans on taking longer breaks -- one which fueled rumors about leaving the U.K and the Royal Family soon.
Prince Harry reportedly saw Cape Town as one of the best places to base his family.
These recent revelations and actions just supported the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are seeking a place where they could finally feel at home -- which is not anywhere near Buckingham Palace.
