Lady Gaga Gives Herself a Royal 26th Birthday Present
For her 26th birthday, Lady Gaga gave herself a literal and figurative crown as she revealed new royal look to her Twitter followers in her latest photo posting.
"I can be, the Queen that's inside of me," she tweeted on Wednesday. "You guys are the best.
The self-styled "Mother Monster" posted an image showing her wearing a crown, dark glasses and a leather jacket.
Hundreds of her followers responded positively.
"Love the headwear, Gaga! X," one user said.
"Yes, you're the Queen," said another.
Gaga was appreciative.
"Thank you so much for all your Birthday messages. I'm having a wonderful day," she wrote.
Earlier in the day she linked to a YouTube video tribute to her birthday showing her posing for photos with fans, on stage and talking about her fans.
"This is so sweet! The best birthday present ever," she wrote. "I love my little monsters so much. Thank you [for] being in my life!"
