'50 Shades of Grey' Movie Cast: Camilla Luddington Addresses Script & Openness To Nudity [VIDEO & Details]
Amid the 50 Shades of Grey movie rumors continuously flowing freely throughout the Internet, a brand new potential suitor for the part of Anastasia Steele has indeed surfaced in Grey's Anatomy's Camilla Luddington.
The 29-year old actress' loyalists recently queried her on the prospect of playing Steele on Twitter, and she posted the following response on July 13:
"@MrsK_Avila: @camilluddingtonlol is that a maybe?" It depends on the script but obviously I'm not totally uncomfortable w/nudity"
The 29-year-old actress, who's known for donning the role of Dr. Jo Wilson in GA, clearly has the right combination of natural beauty and innocence to pull off the role of the shy, college alumni.
50 Shades screenwriter Kelly Marcel, who's nearly finished writing the film script, stated that it would be adhering to the content of James' books with lots of sex and raunchiness. Producers are reportedly aiming for an NC-17 rating, according to Style magazine.
The film is slated to premiere in theaters on Thursday, August 1, 2014. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest info on the erotic film. Check out Luddington's recent interview for Tomb Raider below, and feel free to let us know what you think about her as a prospective Steele.
