Ariana Grande New Song 'Baby I,' 'That Way' Singer To Release New Music [VIDEO]
Ariana Grande made a special announcement via Twitter in regards to some upcoming music.
"My name single Baby I from my debut album comes out in 7 days, July 22nd," she tweeted on Monday.
Her fans have since retweeted the news over 20,000 times, and some have also replied to the 20-year-old's tweet.
"YES YES YESY SEYESSS 7 DAYS??? I CAN'T WAIT," wrote one fan.
"We are ALL staying tuned," tweeted another.
Grande's debut album Daydreamin' is set for release in late August. Her manager, Scooter Braun, recently spoke about the upcoming record with MTV.
"Her album is a throwback to the great R&B of the '90s," he said in an article published on July 9. "And she has some incredible ballads on there."
Braun also revealed that the album will be followed by a sophomore effort in February or March.
"She's recording so much music that we feel like we can keep the momentum going. I'm so incredibly excited about the album and the music. This girl would live in the studio if she had the opportunity," he explained.
For her debut, Grande is working with Harmony Samuels. The producer has previously collaborated with artists like Ne-Yo, Chris Brown and Kelly Rowland.
He has notably worked with Grande on the album's single The Way featuring Mac Miller, which premiered in March. The song has seen much success since its release and has debuted at No. 10 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. The song's music video has also garnered over 60 million views on YouTube.
Aside from her own project, Grande could be working with another young superstar - Demi Lovato.
"We've already talked about it," Lovato told Idolator in a recent interview about a possible collaboration with Grande. "I love her so much. She's so sweet and so talented. I'm excited. I'm definitely going to collaborate with her at some point."
