For the first time since Kim Kardashian gave birth last month, the reality star was spotted out and about with baby North West.

Radar Online reported that the 32-year-old new mother and four-week-old North West was seen in Southern California, avoiding paparazzi and keeping profile as they rode around in a nanny's car.

Sources said that baby North West's face or body was not revealed.

"Kim and her helper kept a blanket over North's car seat so nobody could catch a glimpse," the source said.

The source added that Kardashian looked great after giving birth only a few weeks ago on June 15.

"Kim looks amazing, she really does. She's dropped a lot of the baby weight already...not to say she still doesn't have a ways to go, but she looked slim and was glowing," the source said.

Kardashian is reportedly tired of hiding North West and is very excited to share the little girl with the rest of the world.

"Kim is excited to have the whole world see her baby," a source said. "She is saying that she knows that everyone will love her as much as she does and she wants people to see how beautiful she is."

Meanwhile, Kris Jenner shared a photo of herself holding a baby to promote her new talk show, Kris, on July 15.

On her show's Facebook page, Jenner, 57, posted a photo of herself holding the baby wrapped.

"You never know who will stop by our show today! #WatchKris," she captioned the photo.

Reports confirmed that the baby wasn't North West, but belonged to stylist Monica Rose. The boy's name is Salvador Lukas.

Last month in an interview with The New York Times, rapper Kanye West said that his main priority is protecting Kardashian and his daughter.

"This is my baby. This isn't America's baby.[...]One of the things was to be protective, that I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother. As simple as that," West said.
