'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' Character Posters Released Featuring Katniss, Peeta, Finnick & More [TRAILER]
Several character posters from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire were unveiled online Tuesday.
Catching Fire, the second installment in the Hunger Games franchise, will feature the Quarter Quell competition, which brings back all the champions from past Hunger Games competitions to compete together. The posters released Tuesday feature Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) and the many competitors that will be facing off against them.
The Katniss and Peeta posters were published by Yahoo!, featuring the two characters in gray-and-black body suits. Behind them is the logo for The 75th Hunger Games, otherwise known as the Quarter Quell.

MSN debuted the poster for Johanna (Jena Malone), a recent Hunger Games winner who teams up with Katniss and Peeta. The posters for Finnick (Sam Claflin) and Mags (Lynn Cohen) were posted on Empire. Finnick also becomes an ally with Katniss and Peeta while Mags is his 80-year-old mentor.
MTV published the character posters for Wiress (Amanda Plummer) and Beetee (Jeffrey Wright), who Katniss tries to make an alliance with during the competition. The Huffington Post published the posters for Enobaria (Meta Golding) and Brutus (Bruno Gunn), two champions from District 2. Finally, Los Angeles Times published the posters for brother-and-sister champions Gloss (Alan Ritchson) and Cashmere (Stephanie Leigh Schlund).
As anticipation for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire heats up, many members of the cast and crew will be at Comic-Con in San Diego, Calif. on Saturday, July 20. Lawrence will be there along with Hutcherson, Wright, Liam Hemsworth (Gale), Lenny Kravitz (Cinna), Willow Shields (Primrose). Director Francis Lawrence will also be on hand to answer questions about the film. The Catching Fire panel will be held in Hall H at 1:35 p.m.
One thing guaranteed from the panel is that a new trailer for the film will be released.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire comes out in theaters nationwide on Nov. 22.
