Jenni "JWoww" Farley has been gluten-free for almost a year now and the star is relishing in her healthy lifestyle.

"I love it," she told EnStars about her decision. "It actually helps with more energy and just overall well-being and feeling good."

The reality star started the diet right before her appearance on the FOX diving show Stars in Danger: The High Dive, which premiered in January. After filming for the show ended, she decided to stick with it.

Still, her commitment to her new eating habits forced Farley to give up her favorite dessert: chocolate. Whether it's dark or milk chocolate, the former Jersey Shore star admitted that she can't resist the temptation.

"I don't care if there's just like a little piece of chocolate in something, I have to have it," she said at SELF Magazine's Rock The Summer event in New York City on Tuesday. "You can't have chocolate in my house."

Despite the removal of gluten from her daily intake, Farley can easily find another type of junk food to substitute her chocolate obsession. She joked, "You can still eat pretty bad on this diet."

Aside from her distinct eating habits, the 27-year-old also noted that she's a regular at the gym. Her current focus is weight training.

"I haven't done cardio because I'm trying to build muscle," she explained.

Speaking about her workout routine, she said while she loves toning up her legs, working on her arms is her most dreaded exercise. Working alongside several body builder and fitness model friends, JWoww revealed that they always force her to use heavier weights than she desires.

By the time the exercise is over, "I'm like crying," she said.
