While there have been countless names thrown into the mix for the role of Christian Grey in 50 Shades of Grey, there may indeed be one more in actor Paul Walker.

Walker recently spoke to ET Online about the qualifications he feels one would need in order to effectively pull off the Grey role.

"It would be really important to have incredible chemistry with whoever the girl was and it couldn't be something you would have to force. I think the people need to spend a lot of time together and intimate time would probably help," he said.

Although Walker, 39, is considerably older than the 27-year-old Grey, many female fans would surely beg to differ if the thought of him being too old were brought up.

50 Shades screenwriter Kelly Marcel, who's hard at work on the film script, has stated in the past that it would be adhering to the content of author E.L. James' books with lots of sex and raunchiness. Producers are reportedly aiming for an NC-17 rating, according to Style magazine.

The movie is slated to premiere in theaters on Thursday, August 1, 2014. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest info on the erotic film. Walker's ET interview can be watched below.
