Jennifer Lopez Purchases Property with Manager Benny Medina [REPORT]
Jennifer Lopez is taking over a new block and is reportedly sharing a West Hollywood property with her longtime manager Benny Medina.
The place has enough space so they don't have to share rooms right next to each other.
According to this week's Life & Style, a source close to the duo said, "They plan to divide up the space evenly...Jennifer and her kids will be living on one side and Benny on the other."
The 55-year-old manager has been with Lopez since the launch of her career in 1999. Even though Lopez and Medina had a public falling out and split in 2003, the pair reunited in 2008. Considering, he is the godfather to her and Marc Anthony's 5-year-old twins, Max and Emma, it seems fair to say they are relatively close.
"They are like family, so investing together and living together is natural to them," the source added.
The property is still "currently under renovation," a source revealed.
"Work should be completed in the next couple of months, and they will move in later this summer," the article on newsstands now reveals.
However, a rep has not confirmed the report and instead told Gossip Cop it was "not true."
If the On The Floor singer did purchase the property, this would be the second time in the past two months. In May she purchased an 8,500-square-foot mansion in the Hamptons, according to E! News. The $10 million Water Mill beach house includes a theater, sauna, steam room and tennis courts.
