Ariana Grande is back with a love tune called Baby I on Monday.

"All I'm trying to say is you're my everything baby, but every time I try to say it, words they only complicate it," are some of the song's lyrics.

The 20-year-old took to Twitter to express her appreciation for her fans' embrace of the new song. She tweeted on Monday, "Number 2 on iTunes!!!!!!!!!!! Can't thank you all enough, you are too amazing. I'm so glad you're enjoying."

Aside from her fans, who tweeted their excitement for the single, celebrities also gave kudos to the songstress. Grande will open for Justin Bieber on the final three dates on his tour in August, and the Beauty and a Beat singer gave praise to Grande for the video.

"I see everyone going crazy over your new song. You can sing! See u on the #BelieveTour. Congrats!," Bieber wrote to her on Twitter.

"The new song sounds amazing. We are next ;) honored to sing with you. Incredible voice. Everyone check out #BabyI," Nathan Sykes from The Wanted tweeted.

The Nickelodeon star recorded a ballad with Sykes called Almost is Never Enough, which will be released soon.

Baby I is Grande's follow-up to her song The Way featuring Mac Miller. The song's video, which was released in March, has garnered almost 70 million views on YouTube. The track also earned her a comparison to Mariah Carey, whom Grande admires.

"You know I love just like old R&B. I love the '90s, that whole vibe. I love Mariah Carey, of course, she's the goddess of all vocals," she told MTV in May.

"But, yeah, I just wanted to do something old school and soulful and something that I like to sing. And that's what I really clicked with," she also said of The Way.

Both Baby I and The Way will appear on Grande's debut album titled Your's Truly, expected in August.

"Her album is a throwback to the great R&B of the '90s," her manager Scooter Braun told MTV in an interview published on July 9. "And she has some incredible ballads on there."
