'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Lisa Vanderpump Calls Giggy the Real Royal Baby Boy [PHOTO]
Reality star Lisa Vanderpump took to Twitter on Monday to comment on fellow Brit Kate Middleton's new baby boy and to joke with her followers about who the real heir to the throne is.
The Housewives of Beverly Hills star re-tweeted a photo of her dog Giggy wearing a black, rhinestone-encrusted outfit and a hat that has a crown on it. Giggy has his own Twitter account but Vanderpump uploaded the photo most likely. She captioned the image, "Don't forget who the real prince is."
Giving warm wishes to the royal couple Middleton and Prince William, who welcomed their first child on Monday, Vanderpump also tweeted, "Boy ...oh boy...congratulations to all the Royal family!" She joked with a Twitter follower that she should be the child's godmother and also mentioned how sad she was that Princess Diana was not alive to see her grandchild.
"I just wish princess Diana could've been here to welcome her first grandchild, that tragedy still feels like yesterday, we need this baby.:) "
She reportedly told Fox News, "Kate Middleton has been exemplary and she will carry on the way she raises her child."
Other British celebrities also took to Twitter to comment on the royal baby's birth. Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne tweeted, "#GodBlessOurFutureKing very proud to be british right now!" and Grey's Anatomy actress Camilla Luddington wrote, "It's a boy! What if they name if Joffrey??!!!" a reference to a Game of Thrones character by the same name.
Before the baby was born, television host Piers Morgan tweeted, "Keep Calm...and Carry On. #Kate #Labour" and "PREDICTION: A boy, called George, weighing 8lbs 2oz #MysticMorgan."
Singer/songwriter Cheryl Cole wrote, "Can you imagine, having just given birth yesterday you then have to step out to the worlds media and public ! #wow."
