Billboard announced No. 90-81 on their list of the Top 100 Songs of All Time on Tuesday, using the Billboard Hot 100 chart as the basis.
After publishing No. 100 - 91 of the list Monday, Billboard published the songs that ranked No. 90 - 81, which included artists like Michael Jackson and Mary J. Blige.
Coming in at No. 81 on the list was Michael Jackson for his hit song Billie Jean. The song spent seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1983, becoming the King of Pop's longest time period atop the chart. Billie Jean was one of many hit singles from Jackson's wildly successful Thriller album.
Mary J. Blige, who has been referred to as the "Queen of Hip Hop Soul," came in at No. 89 with her 2001 song Family Affair. The song was No. 1 for six consecutive weeks, which caused Blige to say, "Whoa, this is really real!" according to Billboard.
Irish songstress Sinead O'Connor's 1990 ballad Nothing Compares 2 U came in at No. 87. The one-hit-wonder spent four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the song, which was written by the musician Prince.
R&B legend Lionel Ritchie showed up two times in the No. 90-81 grouping with his hits All Night Long (All Night) and Say You, Say Me coming in at No. 86 and 84, respectively. Both songs stayed on top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart for four weeks, with All Night Long (All Night) charting in 1983 and Say You, Say Me charting in 1985.
Other songs that charted in the second grouping included such hits as Play That Funky Music by Wild Cherry (No. 83), You're So Vain by Carly Simon (No. 82) and My Sharona by The Knack.
