Bethenny Frankel Divorce to Jason Hoppy, News: He Doesn't Want Bryn Visiting Her Rumored Boyfriend?
Bethenny Frankel's estranged husband Jason Hoppy will reportedly ask the judge overseeing their divorce and custody battle to prevent the talk show host from taking their daughter to the home of a man Frankel is rumored to be dating.
The former Real Housewives of New York City star has been romantically linked to hedge fund billionaire Warren Lichtenstein. The two vacationed together in St. Tropez earlier in the month and he has been supporting her throughout her divorce battle with Hoppy, according to previous reports. They also vacationed together in Hong Kong in 2012 without Frankel's then-husband, according to Radar Online. She then rang in New Year's with the Warren and Bryn at his vacation home in Aspen, Colorado.
Hoppy will ask the judge to keep his 4-year-old daughter Bryn out of Lichtenstein's house because he resents the fact that Frankel has moved on and is already dating someone else, a source told the gossip website.
"Bethenny has been in a serious relationship with Warren for almost six months. Jason does know Warren but on a social level only," the source added. "Therefore, Jason doesn't want Bryn spending the night at Warren's home in New York City. He just thinks it's very confusing for Bryn to see her mommy kissing another man that isn't Jason. Jason's lawyer is going to ask the judge to restrict Bethenny from having Bryn spend the night at any of Warren's houses."
The pharmaceutical sales executive is also "disgusted" that his estranged wife has a new boyfriend before their divorce is even official, a different insider said. However, a friend close to Frankel told Mail Online on Wednesday that she and Lichtenstein are not dating, saying, "They are friends - nothing more."
Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013. The Skinnygirl married Hoppy in 2010 while pregnant with Bryn.
