Kelly Clarkson took to Twitter to share an exclusive picture from her engagement photo shoot.

On Thursday, the Stronger singer tweeted the picture with the caption, "Ok, just saw my engagement shoot pics & I have to share one!!! :) Thanks @kobyb & @TerilynBrown! Ready to #TieItUp!"

The picture is of the singer sitting on a white window ledge in the middle of a very large bookshelf. Wearing a huge puffy wedding dress, Clarkson is reading a vintage book with her legs crossed.

This wasn't the first time Clarkson wore a wedding dress. For her new single Tie It Up, which is based on her engagement, Clarkson poses with her fiance in a short wedding dress. The cover photo for the single shows their wrists both tied together in a knot.

Clarkson and Nashville-based talent manager Brandon Blackstock got engaged in December 2012 after dating for a year. When Blackstock popped the question, Clarkson called it the "happiest night of my life." Clarkson has been wearing the $150,000 custom-made Johnathon Arndt yellow diamong ring ever since.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, the 31-year-old singer revealed, "Brandon's totally the one...I've never been so happy."

The couple are planning to get married on October 20 in Nashville, Tennesse. In February, Clarkson told People that she wanted an outdoor wedding with "earthy" decorations.

Prior to dating Blackstock, Clarkson has been single for six years, but knew there was something special about Blackstock.

"Out of nowhere I just said, 'Thanks for being an awesome guy,' she said."I've never been loved properly by a man, and I was just like, 'I thank you so much for that.'"
