Miley Cyrus went completely naked for a new campaign photo shoot.
The 20-year-old singer stripped down to her birthday suit for a Marc Jacobs t-shirt, which is part of the designer's "Protect the Skin You're In" campaign to raise awareness for melanoma research.
On the shirt, the We Can't Stop singer is completely naked, barely covering her ladyparts as she proudly bares her bangin' bod and rocks her famous edgy hairstyle.
Miley posted the image on her Twitter page, along with the caption, "Ts are available at 9 Marc Jacobs boutiques including SanFran, LA, Chicago, New York, Boston, & Savannah GA!"
She also retweeted a post from the @MarcJacobsIntl Twitter handle, which thanked Cyrus for her charity efforts, "@Miley Cyrus we love it, thanks so much for getting naked for charity! @NYULMC have you seen this?!?"

The 20-year-old beauty joins dozens of sexy stars who have posed naked for earlier shirts, including Naomi Campbell, Victoria Beckham, Dita Von Teese, Rufus Wainwright and more.
As of today, the T-shirts are available at nine Marc Jacobs boutiques including stores in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston and Savannah, Ga. European Marc Jacobs' stores will begin selling the shirts next month.
Proceeds from the $35 tees benefit the NYU Cancer Institute and NYU Langone Medical Center.
