Emma Roberts Looks Happy With Boyfriend Evan Peters Three Weeks After Her Domestic Violence Arrest [PHOTOS]
Three weeks after Emma Roberts was arrested for domestic violence charges, she and boyfriend Evan Peters were seen on their American Horry Story set July 26 looking happy, Us Weekly reported yesterday.
On July 7, the intense argument between the two at a Montreal hotel turned physical, leaving Peters with a bloody nose and Roberts in handcuffs. Us Weekly reported that ten days after the incident, the actress, niece to Julia Roberts, was seen crying to Peters on the FX TV set when news broke of her arrest.
In the new phot, the couple appears to have put the sticky situation behind them. They're seen grabbing food and are smiling, while walking side-by-side. The actor refused to press charges against his girlfriend after the incident.
The actress was reportedly released after questioning, and the case was closed.
"It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it," representatives for Roberts and Peters told Us Weekly in a statement.
The duo has been dating since spring 2012 and are currently filming season three of American Horror Story.
Eric Roberts, the actress's father, told reporters at the Blue Jasmine premiere on July 24 that his daughter is fine after the whole ordeal.
"She's fine," he said. "We spoke. She's good."
