Freddie Gibbs Beaten up by Jim Jones and Crew? Witness Says Star Ended up All Wounded [Details]
According to a witness, Freddie Gibbs had allegedly gotten into a fight with Jim Jones and his crew where the former came out of it beaten up and wounded.
On December 14, the two rappers engaged in a physical brawl after running into each other the same night in Miami City. AllHipHop stated that their squad of boys accompanied both Gibbs and Jones, but the "Gat Damn" singer received the losing end of the stick.
According to the article, the whole encounter was not supposed to happen as the run-in between the two musicians at the exclusive Miami restaurant, Prime 112, had been totally accidental. Apparently, Jones and his crew were already in the middle of heading out of the venue when they spotted Gibbs entering the building with his group.
The latter continued to make their way inside. But, they were stopped by the "How To Be A Boss" rapper, who was reported to have initiated a conversation with Gibbs.
Freddie Gibbs and Jim Jones Fight
An exclusive report by VladTV revealed that a witness saw Jones approach the other rapper to talk over "some negative things" that Gibbs had previously said about him in the past.
The interaction between the two artists started escalating until they were full-on arguing which developed into a fistfight after one guy from Jones' crew punched Gibbs square in the face.
The publication mentioned that Freddie Gibbs immediately retaliated by directing his attack towards the other musician and not the original assailant. The bystander mentioned then said that Gibbs' large bodyguard had stepped in during the brawl but was overpowered by the others and ended up on the floor, getting his face kicked by the surrounding men.
