Kate Middleton Post-Baby & Breastfeeding Prince George Days After Birth [PHOTOS]
A week after Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince George, she has already embraced motherhood and is breastfeeding.
According to the Mirror's Sunday People, royal sources that Prince George is developing well, thanks to his mom.
"It would be fair to say that Prince George has a healthy appetite. He is a very hungry little boy," a senior royal source said.
The source also explained that the Duchess of Cambridge has already gotten the hang of breastfeeding and will continue to do so.
"I gather there were some difficulties at first - there often can be, as new mums can get a little tense. But after some help from the midwife, they both caught on very quickly. As far as I can tell, Kate finds it very relaxing and George is just like any other little baby. He can't get enough," the royal official said.
The source went on to say that Middleton doesn't want to be an advocate for breastfeeding.
"Don't expect Kate to be photographed breast-feeding. She does not want to become a pin-up for the breast-feeding lobby. She feels that it is a matter of personal choice, and that new mums should do whatever feels right for them and their baby," the source said.
Meanwhile, Prince George recently landed his first play date with Victoria Beckham's youngest daughter, Harper.
According to The Daily Star, Victoria who reportedly developed a strong relationship with the Duchess of Cambridge during her pregnancy is open to sharing her experiences as a parent.
"Victoria and Kate have had a strong friendship for some time now and Victoria was very keen to offer a helping hand," a source revealed to the magazine. "She knows all about raising children in front of the media and the pressures it can have on family life."
Middleton accepted Beckham's offer, with the source adding, "it's more likely that Victoria will visit Kate at her home with baby Harper."
