Adele Planning To Have Second Baby with Rich Paul In 2023, Las Vegas Residency 100% Happening This Yea
Fans speculated that Adele got engaged to her boyfriend, Rich Paul, when she wore a massive diamond ring on THAT finger during the 2022 Brit Awards. It wasn't out of the question that he placed a ring on it after the two had been dating for a few months. The 33-year-old singer, however, neither confirmed nor denied that the duo had taken their relationship to the next level when she appeared on The Graham Norton Show on Thursday, Feb. 10.
"If I was [engaged], would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't?" Adele said, according to US Weekly. If she's being secretive about getting married, she's quite generous with her plans about having a baby with Rich Paul.
She hinted that she and Rich, a well-known sports agent who represents LeBron James, would have a child together next year. Adele dropped the hint when she talked about her Las Vegas residency.
According to her, the residency, which was postponed the day before its scheduled start date on Jan. 21 - is "absolutely 100 percent happening this year." The reason? A possible second pregnancy!
"It has to happen this year because I've got plans for next year. Imagine if I have to cancel because I am having a baby?," she shared.
Adele went into greater detail about her choice to postpone her Vegas residency, which she blamed on COVID at the time. "I tried my hardest and really thought I would be able to pull something together in time," she said during the interview. "I regret that I kept going until that late in the day. It would have been a really half-arsed show, and I can't do that," she said.

Adele has already expressed her desire for additional children following her divorce from Simon. "I would like more children. It wouldn't be the end of the world if I didn't because I have Angelo, but yeah, I think so," she told Oprah during their intimate sit-down interview that aired on CBS in November.
Rich backed his superstar girlfriend after she had to cancel her gigs at Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, and the unexpected power couple has been supportive of one other's talents.
"Adele is dealing with a lot right now and she's been leaning on Rich as a support system because that is what people do when they are going through something difficult; they lean on the ones that they love," a source once revealed to Hollywood Life.
A different insider revealed that the "Rolling in the Deep" singer is "determined" to make her Las Vegas residency happen. "Adele has every intention of making this right and giving her fans the show that they've been waiting for," the source explained.
