Tyrese Gibson is now facing the darkest days in his life after his mother, Priscilla, died.

Gibson first confirmed the tragic news in a heartbreaking video he posted on his Instagram page. He revealed that the matriarch succumbed on Monday after her recent hospitalization due to COVID-19 and pneumonia last week.

"On behalf of my family and everyone who ever spent anytime praying for my mother This is the saddest moment of my life.......... My sweet Valentine just passed away....." he captioned the video. He can be seen holding his mother's hand as he lies in her hospital bed.

He also told his mother she fought hard before saying his sorry that the tragic event happened to her.

The 43-year-old then showered her with heartfelt statements, expressing how much he wants her to walk with God as He embraces her.

Gibson then thanked everyone who prayed for his mother's recovery and those who wished her well.

According to Gibson, her doctors sedated her that she could not breathe and eat on her own. Unfortunately, Priscilla lost her battle and left Gibson and her family alone.
