Was Moses J. Mosely murdered?

According to police, there is a chance that the actor's death on "The Walking Dead" was the product of foul play.

In their continuous inquiry, additional evidence has been unearthed.

As previously reported, Moses J. Mosely's body was discovered on Jan. 26 near the Hudson Bridge region of Georgia after his family reported that he hadn't been heard from in three days.

Mosely had a gunshot wound in his head and a pistol on his lap, according to autopsy data. This prompted officials to conclude that he committed suicide.

However, they are now singing a different song and are looking into the possibilities of an unintentional misfire and murder.

"During the early inquiry, the prospect of the death being a suicide was examined while not ruling out any other options," Stockbridge police captain Randy Lee told TMZ.

"As detectives continued in their inquiry, more material was processed, evaluated, and analyzed," he stated. Other possibilities have emerged, including the unintentional."

Moses J. Moseley's family members also informed the newspaper that they had always suspected foul play.

They also revealed information obtained by investigators, such as evidence of blood spatter that does not appear to be from a conventional suicide.

They also stated that the gunshot that entered just below Moseley's eye and stayed in his skull is not typical of a suicide victim.

After firing the firearm, a person will place the pistol to their head, and the bullet will escape the body.

Moseley was also said to have a shaky hold on the rifle, which might lead to someone putting the weapon in his hand.

"It is crucial to note, the case is still still open/active, and ALL options and leads are being properly explored," the police captain continued.

Meanwhile, the actor's agent expressed her concerns that Moseley would terminate his life without seeking assistance in any way imaginable, especially given how close he is to his family and how enthused he is about his professional ambitions and future projects.

Gail Tassel told The Sun, "Moses was very close to his sister, and they chatted numerous times a day, every day." He was at her house in the morning and then departed to go to a taping business to have an audition done."

She also stated that her client had planned to go to his sister's house on Jan. 23, but did not show up and did not react to calls or messages, which was exceedingly unusual for him to do.
