The star, according to an article on TMZ, Lindsey called her husband earlier that same night. She informed him of her intent. Pearlman leaves behind her husband, Smith, her sister, and her cousin, Savannah Pearlman. Her sister posted to Twitter the number for the National Suicide Hotline with the caption, "Know you are never alone." Her cousin also took to twitter to share a powerful message.
