Sharon Osbourne recently declared that she has no plans to return to either "The Talk" or CBS, if she even got the chance to, since she was dismissed from the network months ago.

According to TMZ, one of their cameras saw Sharon and her husband Ozzy in Los Angeles on Thursday, and the 69-year-old former talk show co-host had some harsh words for The Talk and the network on which it airs.

"I would never go back to that show again, ever," she revealed. "Because CBS sucks big time d--k."

Then, when asked if she believed her expulsion from the program was justified, Osbourne responded with a more measured response.

"Hey, listen it happened. I don't care. I honestly don't care. It's not like I need it," she said.

The X-Factor judge left the chat show about a year ago following a tense and divisive March 10 episode in which she backed Piers Morgan and his questionable comments about Prince Harry's wife Meghan Markle.

Sharon Osbourne was not described as being fired though. The network claimed she was the one who chose to quit. However, CBS hinted that what Osbourne did - defending Morgan over his negative comments, left a bad taste for the viewers.

"As part of our review, we concluded that Sharon's behavior toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace. We also did not find any evidence that CBS executives orchestrated the discussion or blindsided any of the hosts," the network added.

"At the same time, the network is also attributing blame to the staff - "network and studio teams as well as the showrunners" over what happened. "Iit was clear the co-hosts were not properly prepared by the staff for a complex and sensitive discussion involving race," CBS said.

However, Osbourne's remarks Thursday is far from the first time she has criticized the chat program on which she previously appeared.

According to Radar, Osbourne delivered another measured message to The Talk's producers in October, referring to them as "weak, weak women" who are "desperate" to be "seen as more than woke."

"They are liars and hypocrites, and they will do everything to maintain their jobs," she said, not mincing words.
