Kanye West has requested that his rants on social media be ruled inadmissible in a hearing to determine if Kim Kardashian should be declared "legally single" as quick as possible. The rapper was quite malicious the past weeks in ranting against Pete Davidson, Kim's alleged new beau, prompting his ex to request for an expedition of divorce proceedings.

Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend, Pete Davidson, have been the focus of much of the internet's scorn in the last two months.

There is "a lot of disinformation" and "emotional pain" in the posts, according to court records filed by Kim.

Kim alleged she saw something online supposedly by Kanye and described the posts as "misinformation, the 44-year-old rappers' attorney has responded based on court records.

"Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye," Kanye's attorney said. But it is apparent now that Kanye will not be cooperating on this front. Otherwise, he'll be landing himself in a deep trouble.

Kim filed to be legally single two months ago, and a hearing will be held next week to determine the outcome.

Kanye outlined a series of conditions earlier this month that he thought Kim must meet if she wants to regain her position as a single woman.

In the event that one of them dies, the other has a 'right of reimbursement is one of the these conditions. Another is that she is not allowed to take any money out of trusts she and he established together.

According to Page Six, Kim's lawyer contended that the prenuptial agreement rendered these steps "unnecessary."

However, Kanye's legal team claimed last week that the prenuptial agreement - which divided their assets - should not be recognized as valid as of this moment.

Attorneys representing Kanye have asserted that the current California law holds that prenuptial agreements entered after 2001 are only legitimate if both parties to the marriage agree to them, or if a trial is held.

As reports swirled that her marriage to the rap artist was crumbling, Kim filed for divorce in February of last year.

A diss tune called Eazy directed at Kim and their children has been released by Kanye in recent months. He has been often airing out their differences in public.

According to him, he showed up for Chicago's fourth birthday celebration despite Kim not telling him where it was.

"America saw you try to kid nap my daughter on her birthday by not providing the address," he furiously ranted at her on social media. 'You put security on me inside of the house to play with my son then accused me of stealing I had to take a drug test after Chicago's party cause you accused me of being on drugs," he added.

Kim's current boyfriend, Pete Davidson, has also been the target of several public attacks from him. Davidson has chosen to leave Instagram for peace.
