Kanye West has fired yet another divorce attorney.
According to an article on TMZ, the performer has fired another one of his divorce attorneys as his hearing date with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian draws closer. While little is known about the details of the situation, we know that Ye has fired his lawyer Chris Melcher. Melcher and West are reportedly not on good terms. Melcher is the fourth attorney that Kanye West has fired in the months leading up to this court date. The performer has now hired new representation: Samantha Spector.
Spector has had her fair share of experience working with the stars. When Dr. Dre and Nicole Young got divorced, Spector represented Young. In those same proceedings, Dr. Dre was represented by Laura Wasser. Wasser is serving as the representation for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star in the upcoming hearing. It is starting to sound like this divorce hearing will bare a striking resemblance to the previous famous divorce.
It is unclear what Kanye West's strategy is going into these hearings. Multiple messages have been revealed. It has been said that he both intends to settle matters easily and quickly and that he conversely intends to fight. Only time will tell what the truth of it all holds.
