Drake is allegedly not sitting down on this case. An alleged stalker had the audacity to have a judge sign off a restrainng order against him - and the rapper is not going to just accept the situation. He's reportedly doing all that he can to dismiss the supposed stalker's attempt at reversal of the situation. Who is truly the wrongdoer here?

"God's Plan" rapper Aubrey Graham (full name: Aubrey Graham) is attempting to have a petition filed against him by Mesha Collins dismissed, according to court records acquired by Radar.

Collins, whose $4 billion case against Drake for invasion of privacy was thrown down by a judge, sought legal protection from the singer as reported by Radar. What did Drake do to her?

Drake was accused of disclosing private information about Collins on social media and in his tracks in the complaint.

What is ironic about the whole thing is that despite being repeatedly detained for trespassing on Drake's property, Collins forgot to disclose this in her complaint to the court. Police found her trapped inside a room at the rapper's LA house in 2017 and she was taken into custody at the time.

Rather than pursuing criminal charges against her, Drake decided that she needed treatment, not prison

When her lawsuit was dismissed, Collins requested a restraining order.

As a result, a hearing will be held allowing Collins to argue for a permanent restraining order, but she was already refused a temporary one.

Drake's attorney, Larry Stein, contends that "there is no basis for a restraining order against Graham."

According to the music entrepreneur, he just filed a plea for his own restraining order against Collins. He is asking with the court to order the accused stalker to keep at least 100 yards away from him and his loved ones.

"There is simply no basis for an order against Graham, who stated under oath in the civil case that he does not know Collins, has never met her, has never communicated with her, was unaware of where she lives, and never mentioned her at all in any of his music, Instagram posts, or in connection with any products or services he has endorsed," the lawyer explained.

Judge Keeny has previously recommended Collins to get mental health treatment after her claimed harassment claims were dismissed.

As an addendum, Stein sent an email from Collins, in which she begged for Drake's death. According to her, the rapper has to stop bothering her and just shoot himself in the head.

Hopefully, the emails from Drake's lawyer will convince the judge to deny Collins' request for an injunction right now.
