Lil Bo Weep, a popular YouTuber and singer, died at the age of 22, her father Matthew Schofield confirmed.

In a new shocking post on Facebook, Schofield said that Lil Bo Weep - whose real name is Winona Lisa Green - died on March 5. He did not reveal Lil Bo Weep's cause of death, but the patriarch detailed her dark last days before her passing.

"This weekend we lost the fight for my daughter's life against depression, trauma, PTSD, and drug addiction that we have been fighting since we got her back from America through emergency repatriation DFAT but broken," he wrote.

Schofield seemingly hinted that the YouTuber died of suicide or overdose as he mentioned the fight Lil Bo Weep had against her demons and how she failed to fight any longer.

In the latter part of his statement, Lil Bo Weep's father called the "CODEPENDENCY" singer his hero, whom he has always been proud of. After losing a "big part" of him, Schofield asked the public and his close friends to respect his privacy by not calling him as he and his family mourn.

Following the saddening news, Lil Bo Weep's friends and followers paid tribute to her, expressing their heartbreak after losing the singer with the most angelic voice.

This weekend we lost the fight for my daughter's life against depression, trauma , PTSD, and drug addiction that we have been fighting since we got her back from America through emergency repatriation DFAT but broken," one said, as quoted by Daily Star.
